RATES:

• All rates are Beyond All Inclusive for single or double occupancy per villa
• Dedicated Villa Host for the duration of the stay
• All rates are quoted in Euro and are per villa per night
• All “Contracted Rates” are quoted in Euro and are 5% commissionable to DMCs on Beyond All-inclusive Rate. Commission is calculated after removal of the 15% VAT and 10% Service Charge.
• Please note that for your overseas contracted TO partners, the rate should be marked up by minimum 20%.
• To ensure rate parity in the marketplace, under no circumstances are contracted rates to be published on the Internet or to the public without a minimum “sell” rate of 20% mark up from contracted BAI pricing and the express written permission of the Resort. The resort reserves the right to withdraw the contract in case of misuse, or incorrect rates being applied.
• All rates include Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate (15%) and are subject to change per Governmental decree.
• A service charge of 10% is included in above rates.
• The above “Contracted Rates” are applicable for FIT bookings, up to a maximum of 05 villas. Over and above 05 villas per day constitutes a group booking and the relevant rates will be quoted on an ad-hoc basis, subject to availability. Group rates may attract different contract conditions.
• Premier Added Values applicable on bookings from 3 consecutive nights only (except Peak Season)
• Minimum stay of 5 consecutive nights in Premier Pool Villas and minimum of 3 consecutive nights in Ocean View Pool Villas for period 24 December 2021 – 9 January 2022 (inclusive).
• Third Adult rate on request basis

Premier pool villas with private villa host additional values:

Minimum Stay of 3 consecutive nights

• Dining by Design on our anywhere concept, including live barbecue
• Early check-in and late check-out until 18h00 (subject to availability).
• Daily private yoga in your villa (between 09:00 -11h00 only) – yoga sessions booked outside this period will be chargeable
• One 60 minutes Signature Massage per person per stay (max 2 pax per villa)
• Unlimited scuba diving per person during the stay for certified divers only, including equipment. Please note that this is a group dive of 8 -10 pax and private boat and private dives can be organized at an additional cost.

Terms & Conditions:

• Children are most welcome in both villa types. Villas on the hilltop require consent of the parents (signed disclaimer form to be sent with booking confirmation)
• Babies/children, 0 – 4 years stay free of charge
• Maximum 2 children up to the age of 17 years sharing in a villa with parents
• Families travelling with more than 2 children, a second villa needs to be booked on applicable villa rates

Period Of Occupancy:

• Confirmed villas will be available for occupancy by guests after 2.00 pm on the day of arrival.
  Note that the Beyond All Inclusive inclusions will only be available from 2.00 pm. Any food and beverage consumption will be charged on an à la carte basis until check-in time.
• Should your guests have an early morning arrival flight, we recommend they pre-book the villa the night prior to ensure a guaranteed early check-in, and benefit from the Beyond All Inclusive inclusions upon arrival.
• Check-out is at 11.00 am. Anything consumed after this time will be charged à la carte.
• Late check-out is subject to availability and is charged at 50% of the daily rate until 6.00 pm, thereafter 100% of the daily rate will be charged. The Beyond All Inclusive inclusions will be available until check-out time in the event of confirmed paid late check-out.
• In periods of high occupancy, guests may be required to change villas for the duration of their late check-out, although every effort will be made to keep them in the same villa.
• Cancellation / No Show Policy:The Business Partner shall notify the resort in writing of any cancellation or changes to the confirmed reservations, subject to the following:
• Cancellation received after confirmation, the 20% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited
• Cancellation received within 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 50% (of the confirmed room nights’ value) cancellation charge
• Cancellation received within 14 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 100% (of the confirmed room nights’ value) cancellation charge
• A penalty charge amounting to 100% of the total nights’ value for no-show or reduced nights’ is applicable
• Note:
• Anantara Maia Seychelles Villas reserves the right to charge the appropriate rates for reservations over and above the contracted room allocation. The resort operates an FIT wholesale allotment of rooms and there may be times when this allotment is filled. On these occasions further FIT bookings may only be accepted at rates to be advised at the time of booking, usually at published rates.
• Contracted rates are applicable on the business partner’s company account only. Should the guest be paying on his / her own account, regular published rack rates will be applied.
• Contracted NETT rates are strictly confidential and must not be exposed in tariff listings, competitors or to source market operators, otherwise we reserve the right to retract rates.
• This addendum is valid in conjunction with the applicable International Wholesale Accommodation Agreement.
• Rates and allotments are only valid from the moment this contract is accepted and acknowledged.
• This rates sheet supersedes any previously issued versions.
• Under-StaysThere is no refund for under-stays. The Resort will charge for the entire length of stay in the event of under stays.
