Eden Blue Hotel

Eden Bleu Hotel is situated on Eden Island, only 5 minutes from the International Airport and 5 minutes drive to the capital Victoria. The hotel neighbours Eden Plaza, Seychelles only purpose-built retail centre. Its medical services, pharmacies, supermarket, shops, boutiques, night life, bank exchange, ATM and SPA provide plenty of choice if you need to pick up a few essentials. It’s also an ideal place to plan and book leisure activities as a number of diving, fishing and charter operators have their offices here.

Eden Bleu, offer fine and casual dining to our guests, with different eateriese to choose from. Creole cuisine is traditionally known for its fusion of flavours incorporating fresh ingredients, fruits and spices. In order to have an authentic Seychelles experience at Eden Bleu, the menus are designed to showcase traditional dishes on a fine-dining level.

There are three eateries to choose from, namely:

Marlin Bleu Restaurant

The Marlin Bleu Restaurant serves each morning breakfast, an all-day dining menu, and an a la carte dinner menu in the evenings. Indulge yourself and experience the true delicacy of Seychelles cuisine at this exquisite Eden Island restaurant. Breakfast is served daily from 06h30 until 10h00 and comprises an extensive buffet selection. A cold display of fruits, diverse array of cereals and a delectable variety of pastries are among some of the enticing offerings.

A hot menu is served a la minute from the show kitchen designed by celebrated South African chef, Luke Dale-Roberts. An a la carte all-day menu is available daily and features favourites such as club sandwiches, refreshing salads and juicy burgers.

The Marlin Bleu Restaurant menu highlights the multitude of exotic flavours and fresh produce for which the Seychelles is most known. A wide selection of meat, poultry, seafood, and vegetarian dishes are on offer, catering to a multitude of tastes and preferences, whilst maintaining an air of gourmet sophistication.

Bourgeois Bar

With a soothing, and yet sophisticated ambiance, The Bourgeois Bar at Eden Bleu Hotel is a local hot-spot on Eden Island, producing some of the most refreshing, innovative cocktails around. Named after the local Bourgeois fish (most commonly known as the Emperor Red Snapper) it offers an air of relaxation and sophistication. Take your pick from a wide selection of mouth-watering cocktails, international wines and both local and international beers, spirits and sodas.

With creative cocktail names such as Marina Sunset, Coral Reef and Coco De Mer, you’ll be kept coming back for more. Light meals and snacks are also available throughout the day, to perfectly complement your drink of choice.

Menus

All-day dining menu is available in the Bourgeois Bar, adjoining Marlin Bleu Restaurant, offers a selection of light meals and snacks, inspired by local Seychelles flavours. Dishes include focaccias, sandwiches, salads and pastas.

Empereur Terrace

The Empereur Terrace runs the length of the front of the Eden Bleu and provides uninterrupted views of the marina and Mahé’s soaring mountains. Here you can choose to relax on the sun deck or under one of two gazebos, sipping on a selection of tasty cocktails. Alternatively, take a dip in a Jacuzzi, or the infinity pool, or watch the kids play around in the small splash pool.

Menus

Extending outside from the Bourgeios Bar and Marlin Bleu Restaurant, all-day dining menu and selection of cocktails can be enjoyed on the Empereur Terrace, offering exquisite views over the marina. At poolside, guests can dine in the shade that runs the length of the hotel with gorgeous views over Mahé’s towering mountains.

Events

Eden Bleu Hotel combines an idyllic setting with the most advanced Seychelles conferences and meetings facilities in the Indian Ocean. There are no conventional drop-down screens or data projectors. Instead, the facilities are equipped with high-definition LED screens to which presentations, HD videos and other content can be streamed wirelessly. Besides the visual quality the other advantage is that the screens aren’t light sensitive, so delegates don’t need to sit in the dark.

Natural light enhances the capaciousness of the high-ceiling space, making it a versatile venue for anything from a product launch to a wedding reception. The technology extends to the business centre and four meeting rooms, where touch panel smartboards can be interfaced with a laptop or other devices and notes can be e-mailed directly from the screen.
