The rooms

State-of-the-art rooms are located around the main building which houses the reception and main restaurant, where water meanders through fishponds and lush tropical gardens and a profusion of flowers to create a ‘Zen’ atmosphere.
LE DUC DE PRASLIN consist of 41 rooms which includes 20 superior rooms at 64m², 4 honeymoon suites at 75m², 2 large refurbished one bed roomed family suite at 100m², 2 family apartment of two rooms at 135m² and two new villas which is only one minute drive uphill from Le Duc with spectacular views of Cote D’Or. An additional 4-bedroom villa will be operational as from January 2019.
As of June 2019, we will have 20 new deluxe rooms all equipped with modern facilities in a complex located close to the beach.
All rooms are spacious and each has a veranda and a modern en-suite bathroom with bath an shower. All rooms have ceiling fans, and are fully air-conditioned.
Rooms provide a safe, mini-bar, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, Nespresso Machine, direct dialing telephone, free Wi-Fi, 32inch LCD satellite TV, wireless internet access, iPod docking station with cd player and six of the superior rooms have interconnecting doors.
- Suites offer all the above, but upgraded to a 40inch LCD TV with a DVD player.
- The 260m² hillside villa is a 4 en-suite bedroom villa all the sea view, large terrace, two fully equipped kitchen, magna pool with kids pool, large outside dinning terrace, telephone, satellite
- TV, Free Wi-Fi, In-room safe, iPod docking station with cd player. Can be rented as a whole villa or as a two separate two-bedroom apartments. The villa also boasts infinity Magna pool.
- The 140m² Hillside Maison is a 3 en-suite bedroom apartment with a large fully equipped kitchen and large terrace with spectacular sea view. The maison also boasts similar facilities as the villa.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Cafe des Arts, The ultimate in fine dining

“Le Dauphin” is the hotel’s main restaurant located in the heart of the hotel complex. Surrounded by water and live fishponds amidst a profusion of flowers and plants, the restaurant and bar serves themed buffets and A la Carte options in the evenings and a scrumptious buffet breakfast in an elegant tropical décor.
The themed buffets propose a fusion of dishes from the local Creole delicacies to the international classic fare with an exotic twist. Every single day of the week provides a mouth-watering surprise! The newest additions to Le Duc’s product range are two luxury villas perched on the cliff overlooking the superb beach of Cote D’Or. The villas offer the ultimate in comfort and provide families and friends with the opportunity to enjoy a different type of private accommodation while still enjoying the legendary service and hospitality of the hotel.
The Hillside Villa with its own private infinity Magna pool is the perfect hideaway for those seeking a private home away from home. It offers four bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms, large veranda, two fully equipped kitchens and large outdoor terrace.
The Hillside Maison, with its 3 bedrooms, lounge, dining and kitchen. Both villas are boast modern facilities, flat screen TV, Free Wifi access, and decorated with a contemporary feel. Comfort and space with stunning views all around give these villas their distinctive signature status.
Clients can opt for full butler service with chef providing home cooking or for the other dining outlets of ‘Le Dauphin’ and ‘Café des Arts’.

As from June 2019, the hotel will boast a completely new Spa Pavillion on top of the 20 deluxe room complex. This modern upmarket Spa Pavillion will have two treatment rooms and clients can opt for both indoor and outdoor treatments.

Our fitness center is located in the main hotel building next to the pool in a pleasant and inviting locale. It provides our guests with state of the art equipment comprising exercise bike, treadmill, resistance machine, cross trainer and free weights.
Hotel guest can make use of the facility free of charge during their stay at the hotel. It is a welcome addition geared towards their wellbeing and staying in shape while on holiday.
As from June 2019, the hotel will boast a completely new gym on top of the 20 deluxe room complex. This modern upmarket gym will boast the latest equipment and provide both indoor and outdoor workout spaces.
