Ste. Anne Marine Park (Glass Bottom Boat)


We offer these tours on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Our Journey Starts with safety briefing and programme of the day. Set amid dazzling turquoise water the Ste. Anne Marine National Park is thus a perfect snorkelling spot. Situated about 5km from main island Mahe, this picturesque marine park comprises 6 islands known as Ste Anne, IIe Moyenne, IIe Ronde, IIe Longue, IIe Cachee and IIe Aux Cerf. This excursion provide spectacular views of Mahe and introduce visitors to this pristine Marine Protected Area. Snorkelers on reef can enjoy a host of corals and marine life. This Marine Park contains one of the largest area of seagrass meadows and it is not uncommon to see green turtles feeding on them. Disembark on Moyenne island for some exploration and relaxing time and enjoy our BBQ buffet style creole lunch. The rest of the day is spend swimming or simply lazing on the beach.

Itinerary


  • 10h00: We depart from Eden island, in front of Angel Fish Marina at 10a.m. You may park at the den Plaza basement park or Angels Fish parking area.
  • 10h30: Begins with guided tour around Ste Anne Marine Park which includes The Parks history, snorkelling and feed the fish by the hands.
  • 11h30: Disembarking on Moyenne Islanda conservation sanctuary with more species per square foot than anywhere else in the world. Your chance to mingle with over a hundred giant tortoisesfound on the island.
  • 12h30: Departure from Moyenne Island to Cerf Island.
  • 13h00: BBQ Lunch on Cerf / Moyenne Island.
  • 14h00: Time at leisure either on Moyenne / Cerf Island.
  • 16h30: Departure from the island including more snorkelling and fish feeding time on the way back to Jetty.
  • 17h30: Arrival at the Angel Fish Jetty
